Courtney is a strengths-based, body-positive psychotherapist who graduated in May 2021 from Metropolitan State University with a Master’s in Social Work. Courtney incorporates a psychodynamic and intersectional approach with talk therapy to help clients understand how past experiences and relationships can inform their current identity and developing sense of self. Her intention is to offer a space that utilizes trauma-informed approaches to provide relational support and connection with her clients. She specializes in a wide variety of fields, such as survivors of intimate partner violence, dual-diagnosis mental health and substance use disorders, sexual offenders, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Courtney is passionate in supporting adolescents and adults through understanding growth within life’s challenges. She lives in Edgewater, CO with her wife and two dogs.
